By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms together with the details contained in your quotation or booking confirmation.

1. About Print & Pour

Print & Pour provides equipment that enables personalised designs, photographs, logos, names and messages to be printed onto suitable foamed drinks, including certain pints, cocktails and coffees.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our service is provided on a delivery and self-service basis. We do not provide on-site event staffing.

2. Quotations and bookings

All quotations are subject to availability and remain subject to confirmation until we confirm your booking.

Your quotation or booking confirmation will set out the event date, location, service provided, price, payment schedule and any booking-specific arrangements.

A booking is confirmed when we have accepted your booking and any required payment or deposit has been received.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and your specific booking confirmation, the booking confirmation will take priority in relation to the specific commercial details of that booking.

3. Payment

Payment amounts, deposits and due dates will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.

You are responsible for ensuring payments are made by the specified due date.

We may withhold dispatch of equipment where an amount that is properly due remains unpaid.

4. Delivery

We will arrange delivery of the equipment to the agreed address using the arrangements stated in your booking confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the equipment where required.

Please tell us promptly if delivery is delayed, damaged or incomplete.

We will take reasonable care when arranging delivery, but delivery timings may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

5. Return of equipment

Following your event, the equipment must be packed securely in the original packaging and returned using the instructions supplied by Print & Pour.

You are responsible for following the return instructions and ensuring the equipment is handed over for return within the agreed timeframe.

If equipment is returned late without prior agreement, we may charge reasonable additional costs where we incur them as a result.

6. Using the equipment

You must follow the setup, operation, care and return instructions supplied with the equipment.

You must not deliberately alter, dismantle, repair or misuse the equipment.

You must take reasonable care of the equipment while it is in your possession and keep it secure, dry and protected from avoidable damage.

If you experience a problem during your booking, please contact us rather than attempting a repair yourself.

7. Loss and damage

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the Print & Pour equipment while it is in your possession.

If equipment is lost or damaged because of misuse, negligence or failure to follow the supplied instructions, we may seek to recover our reasonable repair or replacement costs.

We will not charge you for ordinary wear and tear or damage that was not caused by you or people for whom you are responsible.

Any charge for damage or loss will reflect our reasonable actual loss and will not be used as a penalty.

8. Drinks and print results

Print quality depends on the surface and consistency of the drink.

Certain drinks, foams and glass configurations may not be suitable for printing.

We can provide guidance before your event, but the final result may vary slightly depending on factors including drink preparation, temperature, foam consistency and other conditions outside our control.

You remain responsible for the preparation and serving of drinks at your event unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

9. Designs and approvals

We may prepare designs for you based on information, photographs, branding or instructions you provide.

Where designs are sent to you for approval, you are responsible for checking and approving them before the event.

Once a design has been approved, we are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved version, including spelling, dates, names or artwork choices.

We may make minor technical adjustments where necessary to ensure that a design is suitable for printing.

10. Customer content

You confirm that you have the right or permission to provide and use any photographs, logos, trademarks, names, artwork or other content you supply to us.

You must not ask us to print content that is unlawful or infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

We may refuse content where we reasonably believe its use would be unlawful, offensive or infringe another person's rights.

11. Guest uploads

Where guest-upload functionality is provided, guests may be able to submit photographs or other content during an event.

The booking customer is responsible for ensuring guests are appropriately informed about how that functionality works.

Our use of personal information and uploaded content is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to your booking

If you need to change your event date, location, guest numbers or requirements, contact us as early as possible.

We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Any additional costs caused by a requested change will be discussed with you before the change is confirmed.

13. Cancellation by you

Cancellation arrangements may depend on whether you are booking as a consumer or as a business and may also be set out in your quotation or booking confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory cancellation rights that apply to consumers.

If you are a consumer entering into a contract with us at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel in certain circumstances.

Where you ask us to begin providing services during an applicable statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly request this.

Any cancellation charge outside a statutory cancellation right will be limited to an amount that is fair and reasonably reflects the costs or losses resulting from the cancellation.

14. Cancellation by us

We may cancel a booking where we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, where required payments have not been made, or where we reasonably believe the booking cannot safely or lawfully proceed.

If we cancel for reasons that are not caused by you, we will refund amounts paid for services we are unable to provide.

Where appropriate, we may also offer to reschedule the booking.

15. Events outside our reasonable control

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, transport disruption, courier failures, venue closures, power failures or other unforeseen events.

If an event of this kind materially affects your booking, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and discuss suitable alternatives.

16. Website and service availability

We aim to keep our website and services available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

From time to time, services or technology may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made.

We are not responsible for loss arising from the preparation or serving of drinks, venue operations, third-party suppliers or customer-provided content, except where the loss is caused by our breach of contract or negligence.

If you are booking wholly for business purposes, any additional limitations of liability may be stated in your booking confirmation, provided they are lawful and reasonable.

18. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please contact us at:

hello@printandpourevents.com

We will aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

19. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where guest-upload functionality is used, customers should ensure that guests are appropriately informed about the use of their information.

20. Intellectual property

Print & Pour retains ownership of its own branding, website content, original materials and any intellectual property created by us unless otherwise agreed.

You retain ownership of content you provide to us, subject to giving us permission to use that content for the purpose of providing the agreed service.

21. Third-party rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms are between you and Print & Pour Events Ltd.

No other person has a right to enforce these Terms.

22. If part of these Terms is unenforceable

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version that applies to your booking will normally be the version provided or available when your booking is confirmed, unless a change is required by law.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in another part of the UK depending on where you live.
