If you provide content containing another person's image or personal information, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or other lawful basis to provide that content to us.
We will not normally use customer or guest photographs for our own advertising, social media or marketing unless we have obtained appropriate permission.
We do not use uploaded photographs for facial-recognition purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse to process content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
